Application and Hiring
Boz Danismanlik pre-screens candidates and invites short-listed candidates for an introductory interview. In this interview, information and questions are exchanged between the candidate and interviewer in order to determine eligibility of candidate for a specific position. If the interview is successful, candidate will be invited for another interview to meet school administration. School admin conducts one or two interviews to either offer a position to a candidate or decide to pursue other candidates. All the results will be communicated with the candidate by Boz Recruitment agent.
During the hiring process, there are many applicants for each position, and Boz Recruitment is determined to choose the most suitable candidates for short-listing. Unfortunately, only short listed candidates will be communicated during the hiring process.
No, you have already passed the pre-screening by Boz Recruitment, and your application is kept in our database for future job openings, and you will be communicated by Boz Recruitment for different openings.
You will also receive a sample contract with the job offer. The next step is to sign a contract with the school. If you are in Turkey, you will be invited to the workplace to sign your contract, if you are abroad, contract will be emailed to you and you will be asked to sign, scan and email the contract back.
